The second Match for England saw a bonus point victory over Japan at 34-12 despite the wet conditions.

England's momentum towards a place in the quarter-finals gathered real pace with an 11-try dismantling of Chile in Lille.

England completed a clean sweep of victories in the pool stages of Rugby World Cup 2023 with a battling victory over spirited Samoa in Lille.
After a great England Rugby House event that featured the stars from The Good, The Bad & The Rugby podcast, fans swarmed to get behind England and were rewarded with another victory.
Quarter Finals: England V Fiji
There are rugby weekends and there are rugby weekends – Marseille has just hosted a barnstorming few days of action at Rugby World Cup 2023.
And while England’s march into the semi-finals is the standout moment, there is so much more to three days in the south of France.
Wonderful weather, a sea breeze, an army of white-shirted fans, three epic events at England Rugby House, Rugby World Cup winners and memories that last a lifetime all come together to create something very special.
Semi Finals: England V South Africa
Nerve-shredding, brave, committed, proud: England bowed out of Rugby World Cup 2023 with a heart-breaking last minute defeat at the hands of South Africa.
Ahead of the match, fans were treated to a second successive England Rugby House with inclusive food and drink, games and giveaways to set up the day perfectly. Aswell as this fans were joined by rugby legends such as Dylan Hartley, James Haskell, Tendai Mtawarira and TV pundit Alex Payne.
This followed on from a glimpse into England’s past the day before with former skipper Will Carling, Rob Andrew, Jerry Guscott, Dean Richards and New Zealand legend Richie McCaw on hand to preview New Zealand’s semi-final.
Bronze Final and Final
A captivated audience with Jonny Wilkinson, autographs with the one and only Martin Johnson, selfies with the great Scott Quinnell, food, drink, memories and laughs – just part of an incredible final weekend at Rugby World Cup 2023.
If it wasn’t Jonny wowing the crowd with a remarkably personal insight into his drop goal that won the trophy in 2003 at England Rugby House, it was Jonno, John Eales and John Smit trying to outdo each other at our exclusive League of Our Home game or Scott lighting up the stage with stories from the past.
England completed a memorable journey by landing the bronze final ahead of Argentina before South Africa wrestled the trophy away from New Zealand in a captivating final to retain their crown.
